We have two types of sales, PRE ORDER and IN STOCK.
| In Stock?
The item(s) is available and will be shipped in the next days (3-5).
| Pre Orders?
Available to order during 2-3 weeks and after that period we will order the items. Production time after closing the pre-order of the items is around 20 to 30 days, but the ship to me takes approximately one to two months.
| Pins pre order:
Production time: pins pre-orders help fund the product to get made. A certain number of spaces must be filled for a design to be produced and it will take time for me to receive your order. If the pre order is canceled due to lack of financing, a refund will be made.
| Shipping Time?
If the item is available in stock, it will be shipped in the next few days, but if it is a pre-order item, please check the estimated manufacturing time mentioned in the details of each item. We will send you an email confirmation when your order ships (shipping times may change based on the progression of COVID). Shipping times may vary depending on the country of destination, approx. shipping: 20 to 30 business days, do not include weekends or holidays (USA, Canada, South America, Spain, France) 30 to 45 days (Australia, Netherlands and other destinations), the periods mentioned are approximate, in case If something happens that is out of our control, the arrival time may be prolonged.
| Are you from UK or EU? Why don't I have an Etsy shop for people from the UK or EU?
I tried to open a shop on the Etsy page for you, but this could not be possible, since in the list of countries that Etsy provided, my country Peru was not on that list. What does this mean? That the payment method of the Etsy Payments page is not enabled for Peru, the information provided by the same Etsy page is that it will not be possible to open a store in the countries in which said payment method is not available. So I won't be able to make my purchase? |¿Eres de UK o UE? ¿Por que no cuento con una tienda en Etsy para personas de UK o UE?
Intente abrir una tienda en la pagina de Etsy para ustedes, pero esto no pudo ser posible, ya que en la lista de paises que proporcionaba Etsy, mi pais Perú no estaba en dicha lista. ¿Que significa esto? Que el metodo de pago de la pagina Etsy Payments no esta habilitado para Perú, la informacion proporcionada por la misma pagina de Etsy es que no se podra abrir una tienda en los paises en los cuales dicho metodo de pago no esta disponible. ¿Entonces no podre hacer mi compra? Puedes realizar tu compra, al momento de llevar tu paquete a la oficina de correos para su envio, en la ficha de declaracion de aduanas no marcare la opcion de mercaderia/venta si no la opcion de regalo, tambien pondre un monto menor posible del producto, del caso que el paquete llegue a generar un impuesto de aduanas, este seria menor. Tambien se recomienda que si eres de UK o UE añadas un numero de seguimiento a tu paquete, puedes encontrar esta opción en el siguiente enlace: Tracking number

- Los colores de su monitor pueden diferir ligeramente del color del producto según su configuración.
- Producto en stock, cupos limitados. En el caso de que compre solo el artículo en stock podré realizar su envío pronto, en el caso de comprar un artículo en pre-pedido y el artículo en stock se guardará y enviará cuando los demás productos estén listos.
- No nos hacemos responsables de los pedidos perdidos, dañados y los impuestos que pueden generar.
- Cambios y devoluciones: Debido a la naturaleza de estos artículos no aceptamos devoluciones.
